Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or related field. RN licensure (single or multi-state Compact), BLS certification, and ACLS preferred. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience and 2 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills; ability to handle emergency situations and foster teamwork.
