Role Description The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and supporting a people-centered culture. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising managers on HR policies and best practices, supporting workforce planning, and managing employee relations in a fair and consistent manner. The role will oversee core HR processes such as performance management, talent development, and onboarding, while collaborating closely with HR operations to ensure accurate data management and compliance. The HR Business Partner will also use HR analytics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and contribute to HR projects that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi. Qualifications Strong HR generalist knowledge, including experience with employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Proficiency in HR operations and systems, including employee data management, onboarding workflows, and HR analytics tools. Ability to act as a strategic partner to business leaders, with skills in workforce planning, organizational development, and change management. Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across diverse teams. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience using data to inform HR decisions and process improvements. Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain confidentiality and professional integrity. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage. Experience in tech or SaaS environments is beneficial, as well as familiarity with modern HRIS platforms and digital HR tools.
