About the Role: We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team and bring strong HRBP expertise to the organization. This role is ideal for someone who has already worked closely with business leaders, understands how mature HRBP partnership works, and can help strengthen people practices, manager capability, and organizational effectiveness. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to managers and teams, support the development of scalable HR practices, and contribute expertise to ongoing HR transformation initiatives in partnership with HR leadership. This role is not expected to own or execute the full HR transformation agenda, but to bring practical HRBP experience, advise on best practices, and help implement effective people solutions within their area of responsibility. What You’ll Do: ✔ Partner with managers and business leaders to align people practices with organizational goals ✔ Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, team effectiveness, workforce planning, and organizational changes ✔ Support managers in building high-performing, engaged, and accountable teams ✔ Bring HRBP best practices and practical expertise to strengthen the HR team’s approach ✔ Help improve and scale people processes in partnership with HR leadership and HR colleagues ✔ Analyze people data, trends, and feedback to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement ✔ Support key HR initiatives related to talent management, engagement, performance, succession planning, and change management ✔ Coach and challenge managers to make balanced, people-conscious, and business-aligned decisions ✔ Collaborate with HRPPs and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience ✔ Contribute to HR transformation by sharing expertise, advising on practical solutions, and supporting implementation where relevant What You’ll Need: 📌 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, HR Manager, or similar strategic HR role 📌 Strong English, B2+ or higher, and fluent Georgian 📌 Proven experience partnering directly with managers and senior leaders 📌 Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning 📌 Practical experience building or improving HRBP processes and manager-support practices 📌 Experience using HR metrics and people analytics to support decision-making 📌 Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills 📌 Ability to challenge leaders constructively and advise them with confidence 📌 High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and a solution-oriented mindset 📌 Strong organizational and project management capabilities 📌 Confidence working in fast-paced, international, or matrix environments Nice to Have: ⭐ Experience in high-growth or transforming organizations ⭐ Experience supporting distributed or global teams ⭐ Background in organizational development, talent management, or leadership coaching ⭐ Experience mentoring or strengthening less experienced HR team members What You’ll Get: 🕒 Flexible afternoon hours, 1 PM–9 PM Georgia time 💸 Fair compensation and medical healthcare service 🏖️ Solid policy for days out of service provision 📚 Access to training, development, and ongoing learning 🌍 The chance to make a real impact in a global company that values people over process Interested?
