## Job description

WST Georgia is hiring an HR Manager WST Georgia is one of the leading Destination Management Companies in the Caucasus, with 12+ years on the market. In 2025, the company was nominated for the World Travel Awards. We are looking for a strong HR Manager who will build, scale, and optimize our team. What you will do: Manage full-cycle recruitment (sales, guides, operations, admin) Build and improve onboarding & adaptation processes Develop HR systems, policies, and internal structure Optimize team performance and employee engagement Work directly with top management on scaling the company Requirements: 3+ years of HR experience (recruitment is a must) Strong communication and leadership skills Experience in building teams and processes English (required), Russian (preferred) Result-driven mindset What we offer: Work in a fast-growing tourism company Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses Opportunity to build a team from scratch Real impact on company growth Dynamic and international environment
