## Job description

GCAST Studio is Hiring: HR & Recruitment Manager We are looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment Manager to join our growing Live Casino operation in Tbilisi. The role will cover both full-cycle recruitment and day-to-day HR operations , including: • End-to-end recruitment and headhunting • Candidate sourcing, screening and interviews • Onboarding and offboarding • Employment documentation and employee records • Attendance, leave and sick leave management • Payroll preparation and coordination with Finance • Salary changes, bonuses and employee data updates • Employee relations and disciplinary processes • Probation and performance management • HR policies and procedures • Workforce planning and headcount reporting • Employee engagement and retention • HR reporting and recruitment KPIs Requirements: • Previous iGaming experience is mandatory • Live Casino / Live Dealer experience is strongly preferred • Experience across both HR and Recruitment • Fluent English • Strong communication, organization and people-management skills • Georgian language is highly preferred We offer an excellent salary package and the opportunity to play a key role in building and developing the GCAST Studio team.
