The studio designs, builds, and operates environments for live-streamed interactive entertainment formats, covering broadcast infrastructure, production sets, talent training, and delivery to operators worldwide. Its team brings together production expertise, technical engineering, and hospitality-level service standards to ensure scalable and consistent formats. Gcast Studio is currently building its Tbilisi facility and expanding its team in preparation for launch, offering opportunities to help shape a new studio from the ground up. Role Description The HR & Recruitment Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi, responsible for building and managing core HR processes for a growing studio environment. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing HR policies, overseeing recruitment and selection, managing onboarding and offboarding, and supporting employee engagement and performance management. The role coordinates with hiring managers to define staffing needs, conducts interviews, and ensures a smooth candidate experience. The HR & Recruitment Manager also handles employee relations matters, maintains HR documentation and compliance, and contributes to creating a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Gcast Studio’s operational and production goals. Qualifications Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in building HR processes in a growing organization. Knowledge of HR Policies and local labor regulations, with the ability to design and implement compliant and practical guidelines. Excellent Communication and Employee Relations skills, including the ability to handle sensitive issues and support a diverse workforce. Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, preferably in media, entertainment, or technology environments. Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with HR information systems and standard office software. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage. Professional fluency in English and Georgian; any other languages is a plus.
