## Job description

HR Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing a wide range of Human Resources processes and initiatives across the employee lifecycle. The role provides operational, administrative, and project support to the HR function, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation, and a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and administration of HR processes, policies, procedures, and initiatives across the employee lifecycle. Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, personnel files, and employment-related documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Coordinate and administer employee onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, employment changes, and other employee lifecycle activities. Prepare, review, and maintain employment-related documentation, including contracts, amendments, certificates, notices, and other HR correspondence. Support immigration, work permit, residency, relocation, and other employment-related administrative processes, where applicable. Provide timely and professional support to employees, managers, and stakeholders on HR-related matters, policies, procedures, and processes. Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary processes, performance management activities, and other HR case management activities, as assigned. Support compensation, benefits, payroll, attendance, leave administration, and related HR operational processes. Participate in the development, implementation, communication, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, systems, and workflows. Prepare HR reports, metrics, analyses, and other documentation to support business and management decision-making. Coordinate and support employee engagement, learning and development, wellbeing, communication, and other HR programs and initiatives. Participate in HR projects, organizational changes, audits, compliance reviews, and other business initiatives as assigned. Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of HR services and compliance with company standards and applicable legislation. Requirements Good command of English and Georgian is a must, both written and spoken. Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or a relevant field. At least 3 years of previous experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Personnel Administration, Employee Relations, or a similar HR function. Good understanding of HR principles, employee lifecycle processes, and employment documentation. Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and administrative processes simultaneously. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems. Knowledge of labor legislation and employment-related compliance requirements.
