We are proud to announce the upcoming opening of Art Riverfront Hotel in Tbilisi, scheduled for Summer 2026. The property will feature 152 guest rooms, all day dining Restaurant, Bar, Terrace, Conference facilities and Gym designed to deliver a contemporary hospitality experience in Tbilisi. We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive HR Supervisor to join our pre-opening team. This position requires a hands-on HR professional who can work independently, support the establishment of HR processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations in compliance with Georgian labor legislation and company standards. Key responsibilities of the HR Supervisor include, but are not limited to: ** Managing daily HR administration and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes; ** Preparing and administering employment contracts, personnel orders, HR letters, and other employment-related documentation; ** Maintaining accurate employee files and HR records in compliance with company policies and Georgian legislation; ** Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); ** Coordinating recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates; ** Managing employee onboarding and orientation processes; ** Monitoring employee attendance, work schedules, leave administration, and other HR records; ** Providing guidance to employees and department managers on HR-related matters and company policies; ** Preparing HR reports, maintaining HR databases, and ensuring data accuracy; ** Supporting HR systems administration and maintaining employee information within HR systems; ** Ensuring compliance with the Georgian Labor Code and internal company standards; ** Supporting the Head of Human Resources in pre-opening HR projects and other operational initiatives; Qualifications ** Minimum 4-5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Supervisor or Senior HR Specialist role; ** Previous hospitality industry experience is mandatory, preferably within an international hotel environment; ** Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple HR processes simultaneously; ** Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field; ** Strong knowledge of the Georgian Labor Code and HR best practices; ** Experience with employee scheduling and HR administration; ** Fluency in both Georgian and English is mandatory (written and spoken); ** Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SelfHR will be considered an advantage; Please
