Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner at Halff is a full-time, on-site role based in select Florida (Tampa, Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Orlando) or Duluth, Georgia locations. This position serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting recruitment and onboarding, advising on HR policies and compliance, facilitating training initiatives, and partnering with managers to address employee concerns and drive engagement. The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with leadership to implement HR programs that align with business objectives, foster a positive workplace culture, and support talent retention and growth. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in core HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. Strong skills in talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning to support growing teams and evolving business needs. Ability to develop and deliver training, support leadership development, and contribute to organizational change initiatives. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a focus on compliance, risk mitigation, and ethical HR practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization. Proficiency with HR information systems and common productivity tools, with strong attention to detail and data integrity. Previous experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar role in a professional services or consulting environment preferred.
