The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager and department heads to build a strong team, manage recruitment, employee relations, training, performance and HR administration. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage the hotel's complete HR function. Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and employee records. Manage recruitment, interviews, selection, onboarding and manpower planning. Build an active recruitment pipeline for permanent and seasonal positions. Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace concerns. Coordinate employee training, induction and development programmes. Support performance management and employee appraisal processes. Work with department heads on staffing requirements and employee development. Coordinate HR information required for payroll and attendance. Oversee employee welfare, staff accommodation and related HR matters. Ensure HR practices and employment documentation comply with applicable Georgian labour regulations. Coordinate visa and work-permit documentation for international employees. CANDIDATE PROFILE Previous HR management experience in a hotel or hospitality environment. 5+ years of HR experience preferred. Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment and employee relations. Knowledge of Georgian labour regulations is highly desirable. Experience in training, development and performance management. Ability to work closely with senior management and department heads. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Georgian language skills will be an advantage. THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION IN BAKURIANI, GEORGIA. Bakuriani is a remote mountain resort location, not a major city environment. Candidates must be comfortable living and working in a mountain resort and being actively involved in day-to-day hotel operations. 🇬🇪 CANDIDATES Georgian candidates are preferred. Qualified foreign candidates are also welcome to apply.
