## Job description

Company Description American Hospital Tbilisi, part of Referans Medical Group, is a modern, technologically advanced, and patient-centered hospital that opened in 2021. Located on a 25,000 sq.m campus with more than 168 inpatient beds, the hospital provides a full range of services from precise diagnostics to complex surgical interventions. Internationally experienced physicians deliver care across multiple specialties, supported by state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment such as MRI, CT, ultrasound, laboratory, and endoscopic systems. In 2024, the hospital received Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation, confirming adherence to global standards of quality and patient safety. The hospital collaborates with major private insurance companies and actively invests in professional development through educational seminars and training sessions for medical staff and patients. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role located in Tbilisi. The Human Resources Specialist will support day-to-day HR operations, including administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, and coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes. Responsibilities include managing employee benefits, supporting personnel management activities, and assisting managers and staff with HR-related inquiries. The role will also involve helping implement HR initiatives, supporting performance and development processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and local labor regulations. The specialist will collaborate closely with HR leadership and other departments to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment. Qualifications Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations and support. Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including policy implementation, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records, supporting performance processes, and assisting with staffing needs. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Experience in healthcare or hospital settings is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems; familiarity with HR metrics and reporting is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Tbilisi and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
