Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role located in Tbilisi. The Human Resources Specialist will support day-to-day HR operations, including administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, and coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes. Responsibilities include managing employee benefits, supporting personnel management activities, and assisting managers and staff with HR-related inquiries. The role will also involve helping implement HR initiatives, supporting performance and development processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and local labor regulations. The specialist will collaborate closely with HR leadership and other departments to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment. Qualifications Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations and support. Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records, supporting performance processes, and assisting with staffing needs.
