Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and practices. Day-to-day tasks include administering employee benefits, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes. The role also involves advising managers and team members on HR policies, supporting performance management activities, and helping resolve employee relations matters in a fair and compliant manner. The Human Resources Specialist will collaborate with leadership to implement HR initiatives that support organizational culture, engagement, and retention. This position requires effective communication with colleagues across locations and a strong focus on confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in supporting the full employee lifecycle. Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, including the ability to interpret and apply policies consistently. Experience with Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee communication. Competence in Personnel Management, including record keeping, documentation, and HR information systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in a remote work environment. Proficiency with standard office and HR software tools; experience with remote collaboration platforms is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in hospitality, wellness, or healthcare sectors is beneficial but not mandatory.
