We at Paysera Bank Georgia are looking for a qualified and motivated Information & Cyber Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening the organization’s information and cyber security framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting secure business operations. What will you do: Develop, maintain, and improve information and cyber security policies, standards, and procedures. Coordinate and implement the annual information and cyber security work plan. Manage and participate in internal and external security audits and ensure appropriate reporting. Coordinate mandatory security tests and external audit processes. Ensure effective response and investigation of information and cyber security incidents in accordance with incident management and escalation procedures. Conduct information security risk assessments related to existing and new processes, systems, and products, and ensure proper documentation. Promote information security awareness within the organization through training and internal communication. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including those of the National Bank of Georgia. Collaborate with IT, Risk, Compliance, Audit teams, and the bank’s coordinator to align security processes with internal policies and regulatory standards. Provide guidance and recommendations to management on information security matters. Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Information Security or Cyber Security in a managerial or coordinator role. Practical experience in developing and implementing information security policies, standards, and procedures. Experience in information security risk assessment and risk management processes. Experience with security incident management and incident response. Experience working with internal and external audits, including remediation planning and progress monitoring. Knowledge of information security regulatory requirements, including National Bank regulations or similar frameworks. Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills. Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams (IT, Risk, Compliance, Audit). English language proficiency. Certifications (at least one required): CISM – Certified Information Security Manager (ISACA) CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional (ISC2) CISA – Certified Information Systems Auditor (ISACA) Security Manager Certificate issued by the Digital Governance Agency (DGA) Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of international information security frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, COBIT, or similar.
