About the Role We are currently looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our development team. In this role, you will analyze business needs, gather and document requirements, and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective delivery of software solutions. You will work closely with developers, QA engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to define requirements, improve processes, and support the successful implementation of high-quality products. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to real-world software projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help deliver innovative solutions for our clients. Responsibilities Independently explore and analyze an existing financial system to understand current processes, data flows, and business logic Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to gather, clarify, and validate requirements Translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable documentation (BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, process diagrams, etc.) Own the analytical phase of features within the project and proactively identify gaps, risks, and dependencies Work closely with developers during grooming and refinement sessions to ensure clarity and feasibility Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives) Support QA during testing by clarifying requirements and validating delivered functionality Essential Skills & Tools 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex financial logic Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder communication Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience writing high-quality documentation (user stories, process flows, specifications) Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence Familiarity with BPMN or other process modeling techniques Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Good English communication skills (verbal and written) What We Offer A dynamic and supportive work culture Professional growth and learning opportunities Work-Life Balance Team Building and Social Events Job Stability and Security Healthcare Benefit 24 paid vacation days plus 4 additional days off annually Only short-listed candidates will be contacted for interviews.
