Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site IT Network Administrator position based in Tbilisi, Georgia. The IT Network Administrator is responsible for ensuring the reliable, secure, and uninterrupted operation of the company’s IT infrastructure. The main purpose of the role is to administer, monitor, and develop the company’s network infrastructure, including Switch, Router, Firewall, VPN, and Wireless Network environments, to ensure high availability, security, and efficient performance. Key responsibilities include: Designing, implementing, and managing IP telephony systems. Configuring and monitoring DHCP servers and other network services. Supporting network infrastructure and troubleshooting issues related to switches, routers, and firewalls. Maintaining cybersecurity standards and ensuring network security. Managing industrial network components and related hardware. Supporting and updating Cisco, HP, and Fortinet devices. Implementing and managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions. We are looking for a candidate who has: A university degree in Information Technology or a related field; Additional certifications such as Cisco CCNA, Fortinet NSE, or other network-related certifications are preferred; Cybersecurity certification is preferred; Knowledge of English; At least 2 years of work experience in network administration and management; Experience supporting industrial network infrastructure and working with OT/ICS systems is preferred.
