Insurance Sales Manager Location: Tbilisi, Georgia Employment Type: Full-time About the Company We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Insurance Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for driving business growth, developing long-term client relationships, and expanding the company's portfolio through strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Identify and acquire new corporate and individual clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, brokers, and business partners. Prepare and deliver professional presentations and insurance proposals. Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams to ensure excellent client experience. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports. Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, and industry conferences. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales or corporate sales. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build long-term business relationships. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Experience working with CRM systems is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. English proficiency is an advantage.
