Our website: www.next-property.com NEXT is hiring for the position of Interior Designer Key Responsibilities Review and conduct an in-depth analysis of the design package prepared by the Interior Designer (Consultant) Coordinate design aspects with other disciplines Identify the client's/employer's needs and preferences and propose appropriate design solutions Participate in meetings with consultants and clients to discuss design requirements for new construction, modifications, or renovation projects Identify technical solutions for projects and propose the most suitable and optimized options Define the scope of work for projects and prepare technical assignments Collaborate with the construction/engineering team, contractors, and other specialists to ensure the effective implementation of projects Develop energy-efficient and practical technical solutions Plan site visits when required and identify and resolve technical issues arising on site Participate in the preparation of tender documentation (budgeting, analysis of specifications, technical descriptions, and Data Sheets) When required, develop interior design concepts and prepare designs, including conceptual sketches and design reports When required, prepare architectural drawings and visualizations (3D, SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.) Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in interior design Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), Photoshop, and InDesign Knowledge of English and Russian languages will be considered an advantage Good Luck!
