We’re looking for a confident, proactive Client Account Manager to work with our international, English-speaking clients. This role combines account management, customer success, and consultative sales . You’ll manage client relationships, lead calls in English, advise clients on Instagram growth, resolve issues, retain clients, and speak with potential customers interested in our services. This is not a traditional customer support/call-center role, and it is not a remote position. What You’ll Do * Manage international clients via email, calls, and Google Meet. * Advise clients on Instagram growth, content, targeting, and strategy. * Conduct onboarding, progress, and retention calls. * Proactively resolve client and campaign issues. * Speak with potential clients, understand their goals, and introduce our services. * Work closely with internal teams to deliver a great client experience. Who We’re Looking For * Fluent, confident spoken English with clear pronunciation is essential. * Previous experience communicating professionally with international/English-speaking clients is required. * Experience in account management, customer success, sales, or client services. * Comfortable leading professional calls and video meetings entirely in English. * Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills. * Commercial mindset and confidence working with clients. * Interest in Instagram, social media, and digital marketing.
