🌍 We’re Hiring | International Patient Coordinator & Sales Specialist Nova Plus is a boutique fertility abroad and surrogacy concierge company supporting international intended parents through IVF, egg donation, and surrogacy programs in Georgia and Armenia . We are looking for a smart, empathetic, and highly organized team member to join our Tbilisi office. 📍 Location: Tbilisi, Georgia 🕘 Type: Full-time, on-site 💼 Position: International Patient Coordinator | International Sales & Concierge Specialist About the Role You will be the first point of contact for international intended parents and will support them throughout their fertility and surrogacy journey. Your responsibilities will include: • Communicating with international clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other messaging platforms • Conducting initial consultations and explaining available programs • Presenting premium fertility and surrogacy options with confidence and care • Following up with leads and supporting the sales process from inquiry to enrollment • Coordinating appointments with partner clinics and service providers • Supporting documentation, travel logistics, and on-site visits • Maintaining accurate patient and case records • Delivering a discreet, premium, concierge-level client experience What We’re Looking For • Excellent English communication skills • Strong phone etiquette and professional client communication • Confidence in working with international clients • Ability to build trust and guide clients through important decisions • Strong organization, attention to detail, and responsibility • Ability to manage multiple international cases at the same time • Calm problem-solving skills in unexpected situations • Experience with CRM systems, lead management, or structured follow-up processes is a strong advantage • Familiarity with fertility treatment processes or the ability to quickly learn medical terminology is a great advantage • Previous experience in healthcare coordination, fertility services, international client support, hospitality, concierge service, or sales is preferred 🌐 Languages Fluency in English is mandatory .
