Present service packages to patients and partners, provide detailed information about the terms and conditions, and generate interest in the clinic’s services. Build trust with international partners and patients and strengthen their loyalty, contributing to the clinic’s revenue growth. Participation in Marketing Activities: Support the organization of and participate in seminars, conferences, exhibitions, webinars, and other events organized by the clinic. Organize and participate in meetings and/or events with prospective patients in target countries. Communication with Partners and Patients: Establish and maintain relationships with agencies, agents, and patients, ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales process. When required, maintain communication with patients during their treatment process. In cases of negative feedback, identify the issue, facilitate its resolution, and restore patient or partner satisfaction and trust. Monitoring Financial Operations: Work together with the Billing Manager to prepare treatment packages and/or agreed invoices and monitor incoming payments.
