Agro Best Geo , a leading company in the import and distribution of plant protection products and agrochemicals, is looking for a new team member ready to manage global partnerships and drive our portfolio growth. 🎯 What will your role involve? Identifying and sourcing leading manufacturers of pesticides and fertilizers in the international market. Establishing, developing, and managing business relationships and long-term cooperation with foreign companies. Leading commercial negotiations and finalizing partnership terms. Coordinating the full import process. Organizing and managing the product registration process in Georgia in coordination with relevant government authorities. Conducting market analysis, tracking trends, and identifying potential new products. 💡 What are we looking for? Higher education. Proven experience in international business communication. Excellent command of the English language (knowledge of Russian is a strong plus). Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Target-driven mindset and high sense of responsibility. Readiness for international business trips. 💰 What do we offer?
