They operate equipment independently, set up imaging services, and position patients for procedures under the guidance of the clinical coordinator or department manager. Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of technical procedures requiring critical thinking, ingenuity, and independent judgment. Prepare patients and equipment, ensuring sterile technique and patient safety. Collaborate with radiologists, vascular surgeons, and cardiologists. Maintain departmental records, supplies, and compliance with regulations. Provide patient education and post-procedure instructions. Assist in departmental training and perform duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED; certification in Radiologic Technology or Sonography. ARRT-R or ARRT-S certification and BLS certification required. Minimum of 1 year experience in Diagnostic Radiology. Strong clinical skills, sterile technique, communication, and teamwork abilities.
