Introductory tour manager (შემომყვანი ტურ მენეჯერი) — Capital Georgia Travel (Tbilisi)
Capital Georgia Travel announces a vacancy for the position: Incoming Tour Manager Location: Tbilisi Conditions of Work: Full time Working Hours: Monday- Friday 10:30 -19:00, Saturday depending on workload Salary: 1500-2500gel JOB DESCRIPTION: Develop individual and group tours as per requests of customers (in Georgia and combined with Armenia/Azerbaijan) Make calculations and draw official offers to the Clients and travel agencies abroad Responsible for negotiations with local service suppliers (hotels, restaurants, transportation companies, B&B suppliers, entertainment, etc.) Tour full support and implementation control in quality and timely manner Organize, periodically update and manage the customers’ database Finding and contacting new Partners for the new markets Participation in exhibitions worldwide to promote company and our services Responsible for organization of business communication with all partners, suppliers and customers Knowledge about tourist attraction in Georgia is preferable REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: University degree (preferably in Tourism or other relevant field) Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Excellent knowledge of Russian is required, English or another foreign language would be preferable .
