The role will be responsible for assessing project feasibility and profitability, conducting financial and commercial analysis, sourcing and evaluating potential projects, negotiating terms with developers and financial partners, and supporting the acquisition and launch of investment products aligned with the company's strategic and financial objectives. Responsibilities: Investment & Acquisition Identify, source, and evaluate high-potential real estate investment opportunities. Conduct financial and commercial due diligence to assess feasibility, profitability, risks, and potential returns. Prepare investment recommendations and support decision-making on project acquisitions. Financial & Commercial Analysis Build and analyze financial models, feasibility studies, cash-flow projections, and investment scenarios. Evaluate pricing, payment structures, profitability, returns, and other key financial indicators. Identify opportunities to optimize investment returns and mitigate risks. Negotiation & Deal Structuring Lead negotiations with developers and partners to secure favorable financial and commercial terms. Support transaction structuring and coordinate with Finance and Legal teams to finalize agreements. Market & Investment Research Analyze real estate market trends, pricing, competition, and investment opportunities. Assess market demand and commercial potential to support investment decisions. Stakeholder Management Build and maintain relationships with developers, banks, financial institutions, and strategic partners. Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the investment and acquisition process. Portfolio & Performance Monitoring Monitor the financial and commercial performance of acquired projects. Prepare management reports and recommend actions to improve investment performance. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business , Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in investment, finance, real estate, corporate finance, transaction advisory, acquisitions, project finance, or a related analytical/commercial field. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Strong understanding of investment analysis, project feasibility, profitability, and financial assessment. Experience in real estate, investments, acquisitions, transaction advisory, or project finance is strongly preferred. Advanced Excel skills and ability to build and interpret financial models. Strong commercial awareness and business judgment. Excellent negotiation skills, particularly in financial and commercial terms. Ability to assess risks, challenge assumptions, and make sound investment recommendations. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Good command of English, at least B2 level.
