BDO Academy training center has been offering high-standard certification trainings, courses, and international exams to companies and individuals since 2016. Our mission is to share knowledge, expertise, and practical experience with those committed to advancing their professional development and building successful careers. Position Overview BDO Academy is seeking an Invited Trainer for CFA Level I exam preparation course to deliver training sessions for open-enrollment groups during evening hours. Training may be delivered online or face-to-face at the BDO Academy Training Center. The number and schedule of training sessions will be determined based on participant demand and course enrollment. Responsibilities Prepare and deliver CFA Level I training sessions in accordance with the CFA Program curriculum and examination requirements; Adapt and update the training program in line with the CFA Level I curriculum and exam requirements; Develop and prepare training materials in accordance with BDO Academy standards and guidelines; Provide learning materials and supplementary resources to participants when necessary; Monitor participants’ learning progress and support their understanding of the course content; Perform other training-related and work-related tasks as required. Qualifications and Skills Higher education degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; CFA Level II completed (or above); Knowledge of the CFA Level I curriculum and examination requirements; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Fluent proficiency in English; Good time-management and organizational skills; High sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering high-quality training; Detail-oriented and structured approach to work; Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and practically; Previous training, teaching, or professional experience in finance/investment-related fields will be considered an advantage.
