Your main goal will be to ensure smooth communication with customers, monitor the progress of orders and services, provide timely updates and help resolve any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities Receive, register and manage customer orders in the company’s internal systems; Monitor the progress of orders and services from confirmation through to final completion; Proactively inform customers about order status, expected completion times, possible delays or other changes; Provide customer support by phone, email and other communication channels; Resolve issues related to orders or service delivery in a timely and professional manner; Cooperate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment; Maintain accurate and up-to-date information regarding orders and customer communication in internal systems; Assess non-standard situations and identify the most effective solutions for customers; Manage customer inquiries, claims and complaints and coordinate their resolution; When required, monitor invoices, payments and documentation related to customer orders. What We Expect Good spoken and written English; Strong communication and customer service skills; Responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail; Ability to solve problems independently and respond quickly to changing situations; Ability to organize your work and manage multiple tasks at the same time; Good computer skills and willingness to learn.
