About The Role You will own the day-to-day IT operations of our Tbilisi office: buying the right equipment, setting up accounts for new joiners, and making sure every device works as it should. Key Responsibilities Manage IT procurement: source, compare, and order hardware, software, and licenses in line with budget and internal policies. Handle account setup and offboarding: create, configure, and remove user accounts, access rights, and devices for employees. Maintain hardware: set up, troubleshoot, repair, and track laptops, monitors, printers, phones, and other office equipment. Keep an up-to-date inventory of IT assets and licenses. Provide first-line IT support to colleagues and escalate issues to vendors when needed. Work with Security and other teams to make sure IT processes follow banking standards. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in IT operations, IT support, or a similar role. Fluent English, written and spoken. This is a must. Fluent English, written and spoken. This is a must.
