Role Description This full-time, on-site IT Specialist role is based in Tbilisi and supports the daily technology operations of the Georgian Defence Forces. The IT Specialist is responsible for maintaining and administering networks, servers, and user devices, ensuring reliable connectivity and system performance. Typical duties include monitoring network health, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, applying security policies, and performing routine updates and backups. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to support secure communication systems, assisting users with hardware and software problems, and documenting configurations and procedures. The IT Specialist also contributes to continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization and supporting implementation of new technologies in line with security and operational requirements. Qualifications Strong foundation in Information Technology, including system administration and infrastructure support. Proficient Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues in complex, mission-critical environments.
