Deluxe Photo is looking for an experienced **IT Support Specialist** with skills in Microsoft Power Apps to join our dynamic team. **Responsibilities:**
• Provide IT support for ongoing business processes and systems, ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical issues.
• Assist in managing and supporting applications built on Microsoft Power Apps, ensuring they align with business needs.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot, test, and optimize solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Ensure data security and adherence to corporate IT standards.
• Document processes and maintain a knowledge base for IT support tasks.
• Support and integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft services like Power Automate, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.
**Requirements:**
• **Experience in IT support** or a similar role with exposure to Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and the ability to troubleshoot and support applications built on this platform.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and other integrated services (Power Automate, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure).
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams remotely.
• English proficiency at an **Intermediate level or higher**.
