About the position: We are looking for a Jira Specialist who will be responsible for the stable operation, administration and continuous improvement of Jira and Jira Service Management across the Company. The role combines hands-on Jira administration and customization with process automation, integrations and implementation of new Jira-based solutions. The specialist will work closely with IT, Customer Care, Support, QA, Product, RMA and other business teams to translate business requirements into effective Jira solutions and improve operational processes. Responsibilities: Ensure stable operation of Jira and Jira Service Management and provide technical support to users. Troubleshoot system issues and maintain Jira configurations, workflows, automations, plugins and permissions. Configure and customize Jira based on business requirements, including workflows, business rules, SLAs, queues, forms and notifications. Optimize existing Jira processes and implement automations to reduce manual operations and improve efficiency. Translate business requirements into Jira-based technical solutions and implement new projects and functionality. Configure and maintain integrations between Jira and internal or external systems using APIs, webhooks and other integration mechanisms. Develop Jira solutions for Customer Care, Support, Warranty/RMA, QA and Product processes. Automate ticket creation, routing, escalation, incident management and resolution-time control. Support integrations with monitoring tools, bots, AI solutions and other support systems. Configure dashboards, reports, filters and data flows for KPI, SLA and operational analytics. Test changes, validate implementations and provide post-launch support. Maintain Jira configuration quality, consistency, documentation and system stability. Gather requirements, advise stakeholders on Jira capabilities and feasibility, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Required experience and skills: Strong hands-on experience with Jira administration, configuration, support and customization. Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, custom fields, permissions, automations, Jira Service Management and plugins. Experience designing and implementing business processes and translating business requirements into effective Jira solutions. Practical experience with Jira integrations using APIs, webhooks and other integration mechanisms. Experience with Customer Care / Support process automation, including ticket routing, incident management, SLAs and escalations. Strong skills in Jira reporting and data management, including dashboards, filters and KPI/SLA reporting. Experience integrating Jira with BI, analytics or other business systems is an advantage. Strong troubleshooting, testing, optimization and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, gather requirements and communicate effectively with IT, Support, QA, Product, RMA and other business teams. Fluent English and Russian.
