IT (System Administrator) Location: Tbilisi, Georgia Office-Based Position Eligibility: Georgian Nationals and local candidates only. About The Role Our client is seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to maintain and enhance the stability, security, and performance of its IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted operation of trading platforms, managing servers and network infrastructure, and providing technical support across the organization. Main Responsibilities Ensure the uninterrupted operation of trading platforms. Administer and maintain Linux and Windows servers. Configure and support VPS, dedicated servers, and Proxmox cloud infrastructure. Manage network security, firewalls, VPNs, and secure connectivity. Configure and maintain MikroTik networking equipment. Support CRM and Back Office systems. Monitor and maintain stable data communication channels. Implement security measures to prevent unauthorized access. Manage user access rights, roles, and permissions. Provide technical support to internal employees. Maintain and support IP telephony systems. Ensure the overall stability, reliability, and security of the company's IT infrastructure. Requirements Previous experience as an IT System Administrator. Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration. Experience with VPS, dedicated servers, and Proxmox virtualization. Hands-on experience with MikroTik networking. Solid understanding of networking, VPNs, firewalls, and cybersecurity. Experience supporting CRM and Back Office environments. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team.
