## Job description

On The Spot is looking for a [IT Systems Administrator](https://onthespotdev.com/positions/sysadmin?utm_source=telegram-it-cv-poland-relocation&utm_medium=referral) to join a U.S.-based B2B technology company developing an AI-powered skills assessment and workforce development platform. Their solution helps enterprises assess skills, identify gaps, and support hiring and employee development.

**Requirements:**
- Strong hands-on experience with macOS and endpoint management, including MDM and Apple Business Manager
- Proficiency administering Google Workspace and Slack environments
- Hands-on experience with M365 environments, with clear understanding of security controls such as DLP, sensitivity labeling, and retention policies
- Strong English skills for seamless cross-functional collaboration with the US team
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills to resolve user issues efficiently
