About Opticoteam Opticoteam LLC is a global provider of IT staffing, payroll and administrative services, and software development consulting. Key Responsibilities Proactively source qualified candidates across global markets using LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, and other sourcing channels. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs in IT staffing, software development, and related domains. Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess candidate interest, availability, and fit. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to translate requirements into effective sourcing strategies. Research new talent pools, competitor landscapes, and compensation benchmarks across target markets. Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data, ensuring clean and up-to-date information. Contribute to employer branding efforts by crafting compelling outreach messages tailored to different geographies and cultures. Track sourcing metrics (response rates, conversion rates, time-to-pipeline) and continuously optimize your approach. Support diversity and inclusion goals by proactively sourcing underrepresented talent. Requirements Must Have 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment in IT staffing or tech services. Proven track record sourcing technical profiles (software engineers, QA, BA, DevOps, etc.) across multiple countries. Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn. Strong communication skills in English; ability to craft persuasive, personalised outreach. Comfort operating in a fully remote, asynchronous, and fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and disciplined approach to data hygiene and pipeline management. What We Offer Fully remote position — work from anywhere in the world.
