## Job description

PB Services is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Lawyer Location: Tbilisi, Georgia Company Industry: Legal Services About Us: Our company is a dynamic legal firm based in Georgia, offering a wide range of legal services to both local and international clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced lawyer to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal consultation and support on a variety of cases, including corporate, commercial, tax, and labor law matters. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents. Represent clients in court or other legal proceedings, as required. Conduct legal research and stay updated on Georgian and international legal developments. Assist with compliance and regulatory matters. Collaborate with the team to develop legal strategies and solutions tailored to clients' needs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in law (Master’s degree is a plus). Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing lawyer. Proficiency in both English and Russian is mandatory (both spoken and written). Strong knowledge of Georgian legislation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with international clients or in a multinational environment. Prior experience in corporate law, tax law, or litigation.
