The brand operates its first boutique in Tbilisi, where clients can experience a curated selection, including engagement rings, bridal jewelry, and bespoke diamond designs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Jewelry Sales Associate, based in Tbilisi. This role goes beyond traditional retail. You will guide clients through some of their most meaningful purchases — from engagement rings to custom pieces — delivering a highly personal, detail-driven experience. From the first conversation to final purchase, your focus will be on understanding each client, building trust, and creating a seamless and elevated in-store experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the visual appearance of the showroom, identifying customer needs, and building lasting relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities Experience in enhancing Customer Experience in a retail environment Proficiency or previous experience in Retail Sales Passion for luxury jewelry and an eye for design Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus Background in sales, retail, or a related field preferred Compensation 1500 GEL NET + monthly bonuses
