In this role, you’ll work across two exciting areas: IT & Advertising . What you’ll do: • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Telegram, professional communities and other channels • Recruit IT specialists, including developers and technical professionals • Recruit marketing, advertising and performance specialists • Conduct screening calls and interviews • Assess experience, motivation, communication skills and role fit • Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers • Manage test assignments, deadlines and feedback • Prepare offers and support candidates through the hiring process • Keep candidate information and recruitment processes organized in ATS/CRM • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs What we’re looking for: ✔️ 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience ✔️ Hands-on experience recruiting IT specialists ✔️ Strong sourcing skills and the ability to find candidates independently ✔️ Experience with LinkedIn and other sourcing channels ✔️ Experience with Marketing / Advertising / Performance roles is a plus ✔️ Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously ✔️ Strong communication and candidate management skills ✔️ Proactive mindset and a high level of ownership ✔️ English — Intermediate or higher What we offer: 🌍 Remote work ⏰ Flexible working arrangements 💻 IT + Advertising recruitment exposure 🎯 High level of independence and ownership 🚀 Opportunity to improve recruitment processes and make an impact 📈 Variety of challenging positions and hiring projects IIf you enjoy finding great people, building talent pipelines and working closely with Hiring Managers , we’d love to hear from you. 📩 Interested in the opportunity?
