## Job description

Join Spectrum Architecture as an Architect in Tbilisi, Georgia! SPECTRUM Architecture is seeking a talented Architect to join our growing international design team! In this role, you will contribute to large-scale mixed-use, hospitality, premium residential, commercial, and master planning projects across all project phases - from concept design through construction documentation. Key Responsibilities Concept & Architectural Design: Drive innovative, context-driven concepts that integrate sustainability, climate, culture, and urban contexts. Contribute to competitions and client presentations. BIM & Technical Documentation: Produce highly accurate, coordinated BIM models, detailed drawings, schedules, and façade assemblies in Autodesk Revit compliant with international codes. Multidisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, interior, and specialist consultants, leading clash detection and issue resolution. Construction Support: Partner with Senior Architects to review shop drawings, manage site RFIs, and support construction administration while preserving design intent. Key Requirements & Technical Skills Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture with 5 - 8 years of professional experience in multidisciplinary firms. Project Track Record: Proven experience delivering complex international projects (GCC or European market experience preferred). Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of architectural detailing, building systems, and sustainable design practices. Software Proficiency: Advanced Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Communication: Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong presentation and client-facing skills.
