## Job description

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a motivated and communicative Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join us in Tbilisi. 📌 Your responsibilities: As a Junior AR Specialist, you will work with international clients, financial data and European business systems, gaining practical experience in: • Accounts receivable and client account management • Invoices, financial reports and payment monitoring • European financial systems and corporate ERP system • Communication with international clients and internal teams • Financial data accuracy and documentation 🚀 What we are looking for: • Fluent English and German or French B1+ will be strong advantage • Confident PC and MS Office skills • Analytical and logical thinking • Strong attention to detail • A structured and responsible approach to work • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Willingness to work full-time from our Tbilisi office, Monday–Friday 💼 What we offer: Competitive starting package with clear salary progression: English: 1,690 GEL net → 1,840 GEL net after 6 months English + German/French: 1,930 GEL net → 2,080 GEL net after 6 months In addition: • Bonus after probation • International working environment • Opportunity to develop expertise in finance and accounts receivable • Long-term career development opportunities • Previous experience is not required. We provide full training and onboarding.
