Be the first Be Kind Be Passionate Be Part of our Family Your Role as a Junior Client Advisor: As a Junior Client Advisor, you are the ambassador of Boygar’s, the custodian of our philosophy and values. Your mission is to maximize sales performance by nurturing customer relationships, cultivating brand loyalty, and immersing clients in the world of Boygar’s. Location: 15 Rustaveli Ave. Salary: 1500 GEL Benefits: Health Insurance, Gym Pass, Beauty Salon Voucher Working hours: Shift based schedule (5 working days 2 day offs) Your Responsibilities Include: · Elevating customer service to an art form, consistently surpassing expectations. · Participating in our warm welcome ceremonies, prioritizing client delight. · Building, nurturing, and deepening client connections through trust and understanding. · Creating experiences that beckon clients back to our store, time and time again. · Staying ahead of fashion trends and luxury market developments, offering expert guidance. · Self-educating on brands, products, and industry competition. · Skillfully addressing customer concerns and collaborating with the Client Advisor Manager when needed. · Proactively engaging in cross-selling to exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. · Maintaining and regularly updating our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Your Expertise: · Education in the arts, theater, hospitality, or related fields. · Several years of experience in relevant sectors, with shop floor experience being a plus. · Competency in fashion, luxury brands, art, and design. · Exceptional writing skills, grammar, and aesthetic sensibility. · Market awareness and a curiosity for industry news and product developments. · Proficiency in packaging presentation. · Excellent command of Georgian and English (Russian is an asset).
