This is a strong opportunity for an early-career attorney to build meaningful experience across mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters while working closely with experienced lawyers on sophisticated transactions from initial diligence through closing. The role offers substantive responsibility, exposure to a broad range of corporate work, and the opportunity to develop strong technical and commercial skills in a collaborative law firm environment. The Role The successful candidate will support transactions across all stages of execution, including: Assisting with mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions Drafting and reviewing transaction documents Conducting and organizing legal due diligence Supporting signing and closing processes Coordinating transaction deliverables and deal documentation Assisting with general corporate and governance matters Working with legal technology and AI-supported tools to improve diligence, document review, and transaction execution Associates will gain exposure to the practical mechanics of running deals while developing the judgment and drafting skills required to take on increasing levels of responsibility. Candidate Profile Candidates Should Have 1–3 years of corporate transactional experience Experience with M&A, private equity, and/or general corporate matters Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Strong academic credentials An interest in using legal technology and AI tools to support efficient deal execution A JD Previous experience working in a law firm This position is particularly well suited to a junior attorney looking to establish a strong foundation in corporate transactions and gain broad deal experience within a supportive and sophisticated practice.
