Major Duties and Responsibilities: Support the Corporate Banking Department in acquiring new corporate clients and expanding the client portfolio; Maintain direct communication with clients and participate in deal structuring and negotiations; Work closely with Credit Analysts to ensure a smooth and timely credit review and approval process aligned with client expectations; Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Risk, Legal, Compliance, Treasury, and Operations, to prepare, negotiate, and execute loan documentation; Support the Corporate Banking team in cross-selling additional banking products; Prepare and maintain accurate client records, reports, and supporting documentation; Provide day-to-day operational support and ensure high-quality service for corporate clients. Qualifications Required: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, or Finance; a Master’s degree is preferred; Work Experience : Previous experience in corporate banking or the financial sector will be considered an advantage; Languages : Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language, Good knowledge of the English language; Technical Knowledge and Skills : MS Office-proficient User, excellent in Excel. Skills and Competencies Required: Strong communication skills; Strong presentation skills; Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments; Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; Motivated, eager to learn, and committed to continuous professional development.
