About the role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to support data processing, validation, and compliance reporting operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, identifying discrepancies, solving problems, and ensuring data accuracy. You’ll work with payroll, benefits, and employee data, using Excel and other tools to support reporting processes, troubleshoot data issues, and maintain high-quality information.
