HH Recruitment is announcing an opening for ,,Junior Customer Solutions Engineer'' for partner company. Major duties: Assist in preparing technical documentation, drawings, and specifications for customer proposals. Support the sales team by gathering and analyzing customer requirements under supervision. Collaborate with senior engineers to design and present vertical transportation solutions. Help maintain accurate technical records and customer specifications. Participate in site assessments and technical evaluations to gain field experience. Assist in placing and reviewing equipment orders with the manufacturer for accuracy. Support the preparation of the final technical documentation set for each project. Help coordinate construction site preparation and ensure shaft alignment with installation drawings. Stay updated on technical standards, safety regulations, and industry innovations. Provide basic technical responses to client inquiries under the supervision of senior staff. Required Criteria: Bachelor's degree (preferably in engineering, construction or architecture) 1-2 years of working experience as sales engineer/draftsman/CAD specialist/mechanical or electrical engineer Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office Knowledge of English Please send your CV to the following email address: [email protected]
