This position is designed for a candidate at the early stage of their career who is interested in developing professionally in the field of financial analysis and gaining practical experience in a large-scale manufacturing company. The successful candidate will support financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and data processing activities, while working closely with different departments of the company. Key Responsibilities * Collect, process, and analyze financial and operational data; * Assist in preparing periodic financial and management reports; * Compare budgeted and actual financial results; * Analyze revenues, expenses, and other key financial indicators; * Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets, registers, and analytical models; * Prepare presentations and brief analytical conclusions on financial performance; * Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes; * Collect and process information received from different departments and business units; * Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the direct supervisor. Qualifications & Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field; * Basic knowledge of financial analysis, accounting, and economic principles; * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; * English language proficiency at B1 level or higher; * Previous work experience is not required; * Internship experience in finance or auditing will be considered an advantage; * Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications. Personal & Professional Skills * Strong analytical and logical thinking; * Strong numerical skills and attention to accuracy; * High attention to detail; * Willingness to learn and develop professionally; * High sense of responsibility; * Strong teamwork and communication skills; * Ability to organize work effectively and meet deadlines.
