Junior Integration Launch Specialist
Job description
Job responsibilities Supporting partner API integrations during onboarding and launch; Consulting partners and commercial stakeholders on API functionality; Handling requests coming through the ticketing system; Validating the quality of partner integrations; Logging information about integrating partners; Conducting Zoom/Google Meet calls with partners; Working with API logs and troubleshooting errors; Escalating requests to other teams when needed; Maintaining and updating the knowledge base Requirements At least 1 year of experience in API technical support (2nd-3rd line support) OR experience with API integrations, launch, and support of API clients; Time management, strong communication skills, proactivity, and willingness to learn; Confident experience working with APIs and Postman; Ability to persuade and influence stakeholders; Basic understanding of API integration design principles; Ability to read logs in JSON and XML formats; Understanding of CRUD principles; Ability to work with Google Docs; Ability to handle cross-functional / adjacent project tasks; English level B2 or higher (both written and spoken) Preferred Skills: Experience with SQL, Grafana, and Kibana; Experience working with project-based tasks; Strong communication skills Benefits Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together Internal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilities Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences Corporate English school: Group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world Corporate prices on hotels and travel services MyTime Day Off - an extra non-working day without loss of compensation
