In practice, when a company does not have its own marketing team, we take responsibility and perform the functions of that marketing team. Business process automation (CAIB): our AI based "company brain", which integrates into any department of a client's business and, through AI automation and smart decisions, increases the efficiency of teams and processes, grows profit and reduces costs. MARTIVI DIGITAL (digital advertising agency): full cycle ad creation and placement, content production, website development and video production. We are a fast growing, results oriented team. You will work directly with our lead consultant and an experienced team, and you will grow professionally at speed. About the role The Junior Project Manager runs the day to day of our consulting projects, that is the company's first two directions: business consulting and business process automation. You are the main organizer in ClickUp and the first point of contact for project coordination. You work directly with the lead consultant, who stays responsible for strategy and client decisions, while you own execution: that the work is planned, assigned, moving and delivered on time. When a project needs work from MARTIVI DIGITAL, our advertising agency, you coordinate it through the agency Account Manager rather than managing the agency team yourself. You take full ownership of the operational side so the team can focus on the work that requires judgement. Key responsibilities Run assigned consulting projects day to day: planning, deadlines, deliverables and follow through. Own ClickUp as the single source of truth: tasks, statuses, deadlines and structure. Coordinate the consulting team so work moves on schedule. Work with the MARTIVI DIGITAL Account Manager whenever a project needs agency deliverables such as design, content, websites or video. Act as the first point of contact for project and marketing coordination and keep clients updated. Support the lead consultant across both consulting directions: marketing and sales consulting, and business process automation. Keep documentation, schedules, follow ups and research organized. Flag risks, blockers and delays early, before they become a problem. Requirements Strong organization, attention to detail and reliability. Confident with digital tools such as ClickUp, spreadsheets and AI tools. Fast learner, proactive, able to work independently. Clear communication and confidence in talking to clients. Good knowledge of English is required. Experience in project coordination, marketing or agency work is an advantage. We also consider strong entry level candidates. Conditions Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, with a one hour break. Employment: full time. Location: fully remote. Depending on project needs, occasional visits to the client are possible.
