Quality Assurance Opportunities at Playnetic As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Quality Assurance team and are currently hiring Junior QA Engineers to help support the delivery of high-quality gaming experiences across our products. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their QA career who is passionate about quality, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to work in a collaborative and fast-paced iGaming environment. While experience within slot game development or iGaming would be a very strong advantage, it is not a strict requirement for the role. The Role We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer to help ensure the quality, stability, and performance of our casino games. In this role, you will support the testing of game features and releases, identify and document defects, and work closely with developers, designers, and product teams to maintain high-quality standards throughout development. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, eager to grow their QA career, and passionate about delivering polished gaming experiences. What You’ll Do Testing & Quality Assurance Test games throughout sprint cycles and across multiple testing phases Identify, log, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and severity levels Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are fully resolved Help prevent critical issues from reaching production environments Feature & UI Validation Test new features and UI implementations Validate usability, performance, and overall player experience Support localization testing across different languages and regions Assist with regulatory compliance and RTP-related testing Documentation & Reporting Create and maintain test cases and QA documentation Update test templates and support improvements to QA processes Prepare clear and structured test execution reports Ensure QA documentation remains organised and up to date Collaboration Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers Provide clear and actionable feedback to improve product quality Contribute to a collaborative and quality-focused team culture What You’ll Bring Commercial experience within QA or software testing, ideally between 1–3 years Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and QA processes High attention to detail and a structured approach to testing Strong English communication skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Eagerness to learn and grow within a modern QA environment Tech Stack & Tools You’ll be working with tools and technologies such as: Jira Confluence TestRail Postman BrowserStack Chrome DevTools Nice to Have Experience within iGaming or slot game development Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments Basic understanding of automation or scripting Familiarity with game mechanics, RNG systems, and RTP concepts Basic Ukrainian or Russian language skills Why You’ll Love Working at Playnetic 💡 Opportunity to work on high-quality, real-money casino games 🌍 Join an international, creative, and fast-growing company 🧠 Learn from passionate teams that value innovation and craftsmanship 📈 Build your career in a supportive, growth-focused environment At Playnetic, you’ll play an important role in helping ensure our games meet the highest standards of quality and performance before reaching players worldwide.
