About The Role We’re looking for a Junior Workplace and People Operations Specialist who combines curiosity, analytical thinking, and a hands-on approach to HR and workplace management. You’re someone who enjoys working with people, organizing projects and processes, and creating a workplace where others can do their best work. You also enjoy working with data - understanding why something is happening, identifying patterns, and using insights to make thoughtful, evidence-based decisions. You'll gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle while helping us create an exceptional employee experience. Beyond supporting daily operations, you'll also work with People metrics and operational data. You'll help identify trends, improve processes, and support data-informed decisions that strengthen recruitment, employee experience, and workplace operations. Monthly gross salary: 1,945 GEL + biannual performance-based bonuses Probation period: 6 months Hybrid work opportunity: Option to work remotely 1 day per week Main Tasks And Responsibilities Support the recruitment process for entry-level roles by collaborating with hiring managers on hiring needs, posting vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, conducting first-round interviews, coordinating candidate communication and home tasks, and helping create a great candidate experience Support the employee lifecycle by coordinating onboarding, preparing and maintaining HR documentation, keeping employee records and HR systems up to date, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives and benefits administration Help ensure the office runs smoothly by coordinating day-to-day workplace operations, including office supplies, device management, workplace requests, housekeeping schedules, communication with building administration, and supporting employees' day-to-day workplace needs Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to support office operations, including technical maintenance, repairs, deliveries, office equipment, cleaning services, and other workplace-related needs Maintain recruitment and People Operations trackers, prepare reports, and use data to help identify trends and opportunities to improve recruitment, employee experience, and internal processes Support People Operations and workplace projects by working closely with your manager and the wider team, helping coordinate initiatives and contributing ideas to improve the employee and workplace experience About You You're excited to build a career in People Operations and workplace management You enjoy solving problems using data, research, and logical thinking, and you're comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and different sources of information You're detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while following tasks through to completion You take initiative, communicate clearly, and enjoy collaborating with different people across the business You have experience contributing to projects, working with data, coordinating tasks, or making structured, evidence-based decisions. This experience doesn't have to come from an HR role You're fluent in written and spoken English and Georgian and are comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly Sheets (Excel), Docs (Word), and Slides (PowerPoint) We care more about your mindset than your background.
