With a strong focus on innovation, transparency, and security, we serve a global user base while operating in strict accordance with local and international regulatory requirements. Location: Tbilisi, Georgia About the Role: We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Lawyer with experience in banking and financial services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking regulations, financial legislation and contractual matters, with the ability to provide effective legal support for the company`s daily operations and business development. Key Responsibilities: ** Provide legal advice and support on banking, financial, and corporate matters. ** Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. ** Ensure compliance with applicable banking laws, financial regulations, and regulatory requirements. ** Review and analyze legislation relevant to banking, payment services, and financial operations. ** Support the preparation of internal policies, procedures, and legal documentation. ** Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures. ** Liaise with banks, regulatory authorities, external legal advisors, and business partners. ** Support the legal aspects of financial transactions and business partnerships. ** Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on their potential impact. ** Assist with dispute resolution and other legal matters when required. Requirements: ** Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Law. ** Proven professional experience as a Lawyer, preferably within a bank, financial institution, PSP, or fintech company. ** Strong knowledge of banking legislation and financial regulations. ** Experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and legal documentation. ** Understanding of compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks applicable to financial services. ** Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. ** Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ** Fluency in Georgian; knowledge of English is an advantage What We Offer: ** Competitive salary and benefits package. ** A professional and collaborative work environment in a fast-evolving industry. ** Opportunities for career advancement and professional development. ** Office-based role in a centrally located and modern Tbilisi workspace.
