Vacancy: Lawyer ABOUT LBP: LBP is an international law firm with a diverse client portfolio spanning multiple jurisdictions worldwide. We advise local and foreign clients on a wide range of legal matters, combining strategic thinking with practical legal solutions. We are currently looking for a smart, fast, reliable, and proactive Associate Lawyer who is ready to handle diverse legal cases, work in a dynamic professional environment, and grow together with the firm as a legal professional. Key Responsibilities: ** Providing legal support for the company`s activities, including drafting legal documentation in both Georgian and English; ** Offering legal consultations to the company`s clients; ** Representing the company before state authorities, their structural units, and courts; ** Monitoring legislative changes, newest court/administrative bodies` practice and updating the team members; ** Managing Junior Lawyers and Interns; ** Performing other duties related to the legal workflow. Required Qualifications: ** Bachelor`s degree in Law; ** At least two years of experience after graduation; ** Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken); ** Knowledge of an additional foreign language shall be considered as an competitive advantage; ** Membership of Georgian Bar Association shall be considered as an competitive advantage. ** Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.; Personal Competencies: ** Strong communication skills; ** Ability to communicate smoothly and professionally with both clients and team members; ** Multi tasking; ** Strong document formatting skills; ** Punctuality ** Responsible, attentive and reliable attitude toward tasks; ** Organizational skills; ** Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines; ** Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
